Where can I make a reservation on the website?

On our main page you can indicate the number of adults and children and the dates you wish to stay and you will be directed to the available rates for those dates and the best options for your trip.

How can I select the most suitable suite for my needs?

 

We have many different suite options and you should choose based on the number of people and the comfort you require.

If you are visiting with 1 to 2 adults (including an additional infant) your best suite options are:

  • Loft Suite
  • Junior Suite
  • Premium Junior Suite
  • Deluxe Junior Suite
  • If you are traveling with 2 to 4 people, you can stay in one of the following suites:
  • Premium Junior Suite double (2 double beds)

Any of our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite options:

  • Mater Suite
  • Premium Master Suite
  • Master Executive Suite
  • Penthouse Suite

In case you are a group of 3 to 6 people, we are the only option in Guadalajara with 3 bedroom suites. Whether for a family trip or with a group of friends or coworkers, the 3 bedroom suites will be your best option. You can choose from the following 3 bedroom suites with 3 full bathrooms:

  • Queen Suite
  • Premium Queen Suite
  • King Suite
  • Grand Suite
  • Royal Suite
What are the check in and check out times?

After 4:00 p.m. is the check-in time and we have 24-hour front desk service. In case you need to check-in before that time, you can request it and it will be based on availability.

Do you have parking?

We have parking both subway and outside the hotel. Parking can be assigned for one vehicle per suite and is free of charge.

Do you have cribs?

We have a limited number of cribs available. If you require a crib during your visit, please request it through your reservation. We suggest you book directly with the hotel so that they can confirm your crib at the time of booking.

Is the pool heated?

Yes, the pool is kept at 30 degrees Celsius.

What are the pool hours?

Pool hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Do you have Internet access?

WiFi is available throughout the hotel at no additional cost to our guests.

How does the cleaning service work?

Depending on the means of reservation and the contracted rate is the number of cleanings offered.

  • In the case of Airbnb reservations, cleaning is not included in the cost.
  • Monthly rentals include cleaning 3 times a week.
  • Reservations that do not have a special monthly rate and that are not made by Airbnb, will be cleaned daily.
Is there a parking fee?

Parking is free for one vehicle per suite.

Yes, our hotel has several ecological measures to contribute to the protection of the environment:

What is the minimum length of stay?

You can book a suite from one night with us and you can also request special rates for monthly stays.

What requirements do I need to check in?

The reservation holder must present himself/herself at the front desk with official identification. The ID can be a passport (for foreigners), INE or passport for Mexican guests.

Are pets allowed?

Small breed dogs are allowed. You must leave an additional deposit for the pet. You must inform prior to your reservation about your pet and see the details to check that your pet meets the specifications.

Do you have offers or promotions?

We constantly have promotions. You will always find the best rate on our website. Our rates are changeable, so we recommend you to check the current promotions before you make your reservation. 

Do you have special rates for companies or groups?

In the case of companies, they should contact our sales department to review the number of monthly reservations and see if they are candidates for a commercial agreement with special rates.

 

For groups it is important to contact the sales department directly and we will offer you the best possible rate for your group.

We have a total of 137 Suites:

  • 71 1 Bedroom Suites
  • 22 2 Bedroom Suites
  • 44 3 Bedroom Suites
Is a security deposit required?

No security deposit is required, even for long term rentals, but payment in advance is required.

How many people can enter the suite?

This depends on the type of suite you rent:

 

  • In 1 bedroom suites the maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child under 2 years old.
  • In 2-bedroom suites the maximum occupancy is 4 adults and up to 2 children under 2 years of age.
  • In 3 bedroom suites the maximum occupancy is 6 adults and 2 children under 2 years old.
  • Are visitors welcome?
  • Visitors are welcome, but are not allowed to sleep in the hotel.
Where can I store valuables?

We have safes in all our suites. In addition, we have safety deposit boxes, which we will be happy to lend you during your stay.

Do you have restaurant service?

Yes, our restaurant serves breakfast every morning from 7:00am to 11:00am. In case you are a group and require lunch and dinner service, please request it at the reservations department at least 3 days in advance and we can serve groups of at least 15 people.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express credit cards. We also accept bank transfers and cash payments.

What is included in the suite rental?

What happens if I have to cancel my reservation prior to check-in?

Our cancellation policy is flexible and allows cancellations 72 hours prior to check-in.

What happens if I cancel my reservation during my stay?

Suite rent is payable in advance and there are no refunds.

Do you offer laundry and dry cleaning services?

We have an external service. We process the services and send them to the supplier and within 48 hours we have your garments processed at affordable prices.

Is there an age requirement to rent a suite?

Guest must be at least 18 years old.

How can I extend my stay?

It is important to notify the front desk or the reservations department as far in advance as possible in order to secure a space for you. If the hotel is completely full, we will not be able to extend your stay.
